Business Services Team

▪The Business Services Team (BST) Concept is one key strategy that can move our workforce development programs towards a more demand-driven system, and provide greater value to our customers, the job seeker and business. The BST concept has three key features:

▪A focus on Business as the driver and primary customer

▪A team of workforce development professionals committed to relationship development with businesses

▪Strategic collaboration with regional economic development and education partners to provide business solutions to businesses
